Hurting Hands V4 is always free, every day
After purchasing any faction upgrade that unlocks an item for purchase in the armory, the first one is always a freebie.
In the case of the Arachne upgrade "Hurting Hands++", Hurting Hands V4 becomes available, but even after purchasing the freebie, the item remains free on every subsequent armory reset.
