Missing Items After Exfil

Playing Cryo earlier around 4 PM PST and I exfilled with a Synapse Cube. Once I got back to the lobby, the Synapse Cube was nowhere to be found. I even unlocked a new codex entry for getting the Synapse but it’s gone.
