The last exfil didn’t spawn

Hello, we were doing a run in Dier Marsh. We managed to get 3 keys with gold and purple loot. We waited for the last exfil, but it didn’t spawn, and we died without being able to exit, losing everything. Is it possible to get the loot back, or is there nothing that can be done?

    We are aware of situations in Dire Marsh where the final exfil does not spawn,
    We are currently looking into this situation.

    If you are able to record a video, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, link it to us here, and we'll be glad to take a closer look.

    We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.

    In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
    Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.  

  • So, in the final area there was a lockdown event in progress. We waited until the last minute to extract, but it didn’t appear and we died. My Bungie ID is marcolino#0929, platform Steam, and the time was around 23:30 on 22/04/2026.
