CyAc Passive XP not working

I've had multiple runs where I did various CyAc activities (e.g. successfully extracting) but have been stuck on 489/1000 XP at lvl 27 without this number increasing. Even completing in-map events which are meant to provide bonus XP have garnered nothing.

I only noticed this after having played for multiple hours and realizing my lvl hadn't changed, so I've not checked if contracts still grant XP. Using a Carri xp package did grant me 500XP though.

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Exact CyAc rank and XP shown (e.g., “Rank 27, 489/1000”) before and after a specific run.
    • Are other faction XP progressing normally in the same run?
    • Map, activity type, and runner shell used?
    • Solo or in a fireteam; if fireteam, what ranks/factions were the others on?
    • Which CyAc-tagged sources did you hit that run:
      • Successful exfil
      • Intercept events
      • Other in-map events labeled as giving CyAc rep
    • Were any CyAc contracts completed that run and if those did/didn’t give XP.
    • Screenshot or short clip showing:
      • Factions screen with stuck CyAc XP.
      • A run report that should have awarded CyAc XP, followed by the unchanged CyAc bar.

    Answers in order:

    • PC (Steam)
    • 4/19 1pm ET - 4pm ET
    • I only noticed after eyeing it after a successful run, I believe over the course of 3 hours it stayed at Rank 27, 489/1000
    • Yes
    • Perimiter, Trios, Thief
    • Fireteam, roughly the same rank, can get more specific if it helps
    • Multiple Exfils, (1) Intercept Event and stealing (1) Intercept Event faction rep item from an enemy squad in another run
    • No CyAc contracts completed
    • Image: This is the image where I extracted and believe to have seen the XP bar to have not changed even after a successful exfil

    Note, as you can tell I wasn't fully testing this, and only noticed this passively. So there is definitely a chance I may have been misunderstanding something or getting my wires crossed--figured I'd rather be safe than sorry if there's a bug here.

    I unfortunately don't have time to test this now, but if it remains relevant to you, I can keep an eye on this when I find time to return to the game these next few weeks.
