Missing Copperhead Schema
I redeemed the copperhead schema not to long ago and i recall purchasing it a few times but for some reason its completely gone out of my armory.

Thanks for reaching out.
The Copperhead schema from the Rewards Pass doesn’t unlock the weapon permanently. Instead, it works like a voucher that lets you buy a limited number of discounted Copperhead copies from the Armory. Once you’ve purchased all of the copies that schema provides, it will no longer appear in your Armory.
From your description, it sounds like you may have already used up all of the stock that schema granted.
If you’re sure you haven’t bought that many copies and something still seems wrong, please send us:

The approximate date and time you noticed this
Screenshots or a short video of your Rewards Pass showing the Copperhead schema as claimed, and your Armory → Schemas tab where you expect to see it
