Triage Arachne skin not being awarded

Successfully exfiled with a free Arachne kit equipped on my Triage character but I was not awarded the skin, please advise

    Could you provide a few more details to add to your report?

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time of when this happened
    • Which map were you in, and were you solo or in a crew?
    • Screenshots or video of your Codex Arachne entry and your Triage skins in the Locker after that run, plus the end-of-run summary.

    Please use your platform's capture button to take a video. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
