Heavy knife attack with mouse2 triggers ADS if it shares keybind with ADS toggle, ALSO preventing use of some abilities

See title. This appears to affect all abilities that can't be used while ADS. Importantly, you can't untoggle ADS by clicking mouse 2 to heavy attack again. So in order to use abilities, the player must switch to a gun and untoggle ADS.
