Ram: 96gb DDR5 4800hz
Display: 5120x1440 @ 165hz

Nvidia DLSS: Quality
Medium quality
As stated in the title my cpu and gpu usage never go above 45%. I haven't done a deep dive on core usage, so I don't know if any single cores are being fully saturated and this averaged among non-utilized p-cores as well.
