Lost a full kit when game frozed.

The game froze with a black screen as I was loading into a match. I waited for 6 minutes, but nothing happened. I reset the game and was asked if I wanted to rejoin my squad. I did that, and guess what? It froze again. I waited for 10 minutes, reset the game, and was asked to wait or lose all my gear and return to the lobby. I waited and waited and waited and waited with the black screen of death. In the end, I reset the game once again and went straight to the lobby with all my gear gone. I’m extremely frustrated with this.

    • The platform you play on.
    • Did you see any error messages or codes when this occurred?
    • If you have experienced this on more than one occasion, then do particular actions seem to reproduce this?

    Once we have the above info, we'll review.

  • I play on Xbox S/X. There’s no error message or anything; this is the first time this has happened.

    The screen just goes black for over 6-10 minutes until you reset the game.
