BUG TWITCH CROSSPLAY DROPS
i originally played the beta on the PlayStation but linked to Xbox and bought the game on it now it’s my primary for both I realized on the beta i had claimed the silk worm kit and even watched all 8 hours now even with the new event where are my items going to because you guys won’t allow me to unlink and link this is a huge problem for me because i spent time watching twitch to gain the rewards you should allow linking and unlinking of accounts for this issue can you introduce a code system so i can input my twitch drops this is absurd all my items aren’t in my account from the drops

Hey there, unfortunately as of March 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink platform accounts.

We are aware of issues concerning Twitch Drops and are currently investigating.
geekrr7 is my xbox name and also for my playstation the twitch account is kristianhlji8a it said to connect my account to claim items i did and oddly it didn’t let me claim each item individual like usually

My twitch drops aren’t appearing in my account now and i have picture proof of the items
You need to allow link and unlink to fix these problems bungie
Please fix this before march 17 that’s when the campaign ends
You guys should extend the drops just in case
