Collector’s Edition cosmetics after March 5th

I ordered a copy of the Marathon Collector’s edition today, but haven’t received my code for the in-game cosmetics. The website says they’ll be sent “on or before March 5th,” so does that mean I’m just too late? They aren’t marketed as pre-order bonuses, so it’s kind of ridiculous if I’m just out of luck on these for ordering the box after March 5th

    If you’ve placed your CE order and haven’t received a code email yet (make sure to check spam/junk and any secondary email folders), the best next step is to contact Bungie Store Customer Service directly so they can:
    Confirm your Collector’s Edition order,
    Check whether a code was already generated/sent, and
    Re‑send or assist if something went wrong with the fulfillment.

    Your order number,
    The email address used for the purchase, and
    Rough date/time of your order.

    They’ll be able to review your specific order and help sort out the missing cosmetics code.
