Continued MnK input issues

However, I wanted to make a new post to condense the information.

Bungie Account Name: WARLOQ#3915

Platform: Steam

Description: Mouse input is not working properly. Delayed, lagging in menus, random character meleeing, and camera movement when in-match.

Date and Time of Issue: Since server slam

Tech Specs: 2021 ASUS ROG Zephyrus Gaming Laptop; RTX 3060; Ryzen 9; Razer Basilisk v3 Wireless Mouse

Repro Steps: Simply from game boot

As I outlined in my other post, I have turned off every possible overlay on my laptop. GeForce Experience, Discord, Steam, Armoury Crate, Razer Synapse. XBOX game bar, Windows Clip, etc . All of it. None of this helped. In addition, I was advised in this previous post not to click shift or caps lock within the game to see if that did anything. It did not. I have launched Steam using Admin privileges, and I have gone into the Marathon game files to ensure that polling rates stay consistent. I have adjusted my mouse polling rate to 125 hz, and have only seen MINIMAL improvements. My character still lags horrendously when in-game, and it isn't much better in menus. I am at a loss for what else I can do. 

I have been using controller in the meantime, which happens to work perfectly fine despite the fact that it too connects wirelessly to my laptop. I'd say that the issue would be the fact that my mouse is wireless, but again, a wireless controller works perfectly fine.

To say that I am disappointed in the lack of aggression to get this issue resolved is an understatement. I hope to hear something in the near future, but I'm not holding my breath. This was an issue when Destiny 2 first came to PC and this is an issue now, nearly a decade later. Unbelievable.
