Voice Chat Not Working

• Bungie Account Name - kaphraxus#6203,
• Platform - Steam, Windows 11, AMD processor, NVIDIA GPU 
• Description of Issue - Unable to receive voice chat, transmission works fine, text chat works fine. 

Tried adjusting input devices to various headsets, speakers, or default speakers. In all of these game audio works fine, players report my voice chat transmits fine but I cannot hear their speech from any device.
