Twitch Drops - Didn't get sniper skin

Anyone else come across the issue where you claimed all of the twitch drops but only got everything but the sniper skin. Everything was claimed 4 days ago.

    Hey there,
     
    To confirm that you successfully earned the Twitch Drop, locate your "Redeem Code" page in your Bungie.net account and then click on "Partner Rewards." Your Twitch Drops will appear on this page. Any Twitch Drop that is an emblem will show up in your Destiny 2 Collections under Flair>Emblems>General if your platform account is connected to your Bungie.net account.
     
    If you're unable to locate the Twitch Drop:

    1. Click the "Refresh" button at the top of the page beside "Missing Twitch Rewards" and the page will update with any Twitch items you've earned.
    2. If the Twitch Drop doesn't appear, log in to Twitch's website and view your Drops Inventory to see all the Drops you've earned. Click on the "Claim" button on any Destiny 2 Drops that have that option below them, go back to your Partner Rewards area, and click the "Refresh" button to get the Drop to appear.
      • Unearned Destiny 2 Twitch Drops will not appear on this page.
    3. If the Drop still doesn't appear, you may need to connect or reconnect your Twitch profile to your Bungie.net account and follow the above steps.

    My twitch profile is already connected to my bungie account. The reward in the "drops inventory" is already claimed. The reward does not appear in the" Partner Rewards" page. I do not see the "Refresh" or "Missing Twitch Rewards" buttons that you mentioned.

    Same issue is happening to me, no idea how to solve it

    I'm also realizing that I also never got the "Twitch Engine Weapon Skin" after 11 days
