problem in skins or items
I would like to see this message from the Bungee support. Hello, I've encountered a problem:
1) After 3 days of waiting, only 1/4 of the Twitch drops appeared on my account.
2) The deluxe edition skins do not include the scout and triage skins. I knew they would not be included, but it is a bit sad that they are not included. I really like the style of these skins, and it may be a small request, but I would like the developers to add these skins for Scout and Triage and make them available to those who have purchased the delux edition. Thank you for your attention.

I'm sorry to hear you still haven't received all of your Twitch Drops. Our team is currently investigating this issue.
Regarding the Deluxe Edition skins, while we appreciate your feedback, the best place to share it is on the Marathon Discord rather than our Help Forums. If you haven't already done so, please share your feedback and suggestions there.
