Cant find 3 twitch drops in game even though claimed on twitch

Description of Issue - I’m having an issue with several Twitch Drops for Marathon. My Twitch account has been linked to my Bungie account for a long time. Recently I watched streams and claimed every Marathon Twitch Drops. However, not all claimed rewards appear on my Bungie Partner Rewards page.
I still have not received the following drops that are marked as claimed in my Twitch inventory:
- WEAVEworm Background 11 days have passed still nothing
- White & Purple Weapon Skin 4 days have passed still nothing

Twitch Engine Weapon Skin 11 days have passed still nothing
