XBX: Sponsored Kit Not Auto-Equipping
Bungie Account Name - Farorereigns#102
Platform - Xbox Series S
Description of Issue - Following an elimination, Sponsored Kits are not being automatically applied to the loadout as they were previously.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Began on 03/08/2026 at approximately 1600 PST and persisting.
Repro steps - Run, Die, Repeat

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that sponsored kits are not auto-equipping. Can you clarify if you have unlocked Outpost? Can you also clarify if you can manually equip kits and get them from the store?

Outpost is unlocked
Kits can be manually equipped once purchased from the Armory.

Thank for the update. While this appears that it may be working as intended and you should still be able to access the kits through the store, we've taken note of this thread and will continue monitoring.
This is also a problem I have noticed. Before kits were auto equipping upon loading in without equipment and not that stopped and it is still persisting... Could this be enabled as a toggle option to enable and disable?
I haven’t found a toggle but I would definitely want it on lol.
