I purchased the deluxe version upgrade on Steam. When checking the pass, I directly used the redemption voucher to exchange for a dagger. Later, when I intended to redeem for the premium pass, it showed that the redemption voucher was insufficient and I needed to spend an additional 1000 luxury coins to unlock it.After that, I myself recharged and unlocked the pass. I contacted the customer service but received no reply.

same thing happened to me and ive also still had no reply it seems the knife is bugged if you claim it before the pass
Same problem, Bungie needs to fix this. If you claim the knife you don't get the pass. I thought it only costed 1 lux lmao, not 1 season pass voucher
Can we get some dev recognition of the issue atleast? Wasted pass voucher, that shouldn't be possible in the game so obviously you need to add this to the priority list. More people are going to join soon and it'll be a much larger issue if not resolved by then.
