Is anybody else having weird rubber-banding/de-sync issues?

Title. It’s pretty weird, I don’t see this happening to my friends. Let me explain: In some matches I’ll periodically have these moments where I’m basically confined to an invisible 5x5 square and any attempt to leave it basically plants me right back where I started. For example, I just played a match on perimeter and ran to a building after spawning. Just before I opened the door, I was put right back at the exact point I spawned. At first I thought this was just bad lag (my NAT was moderate — Xbox btw), so I enabled UPnP on my router settings and it helped a lot after my NAT became open. Latency was also substantially lower sitting at around 30-50 ms. All things considered, I think my connection was much better after I went into the router settings. But it was still happening periodically and then I realized the weirdest thing: everything around me is fluid. I see players and assets moving continuously as they should and I’m not seeing any lag indicators on my hud. My friends in game chat even tell me that my voice is coming through crystal clear. I don’t understand what’s happening or why, but it’s really ruining some of my matches and I just want to get to the bottom of it. Is this somehow still my connection or a problem in the game?
