double rez using Reboot+ no tracking possibly

hi, double rez using Reboot+ not tracking most likely. I've done this twice trying to fulfill the codex chall. Neither have cleared it. I was recording during one of these instances but don't see a way to attach clip here. If you need the clip reach out though my email listed on account. thanks
