Cant get the Fraction Skins

According to the missions, I need to have the Fractions starter kit equipped and successfully exfiltrated from a run with the Runner. Unfortunately, this does not unlock the fraction skins for me.

I have already done over 40 runs in total, with more than 30 successful exfiltrations. In many of those runs I used a starter kit. I only just noticed that I haven’t unlocked a single one of these skins yet, in any faction.

Even when we tried to force it in the last round (starter kit equipped, joined an open game, and used the first exit point), it still did not work.
