Death by Critical system error

• Platform - Steam
• Description of Issue - Was rotating to station and took a roof position. Character got stuck between some roof boxes, and then I just died to a Critical system error.
• Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/8/26 10:20 am
• Repro steps - Took grapple up to roof, tried to climb one and fell between another, got out of that one, and then same thing happened again but this time system killed me.
