BUG report: AUDIO chat isn't functioning!

I can not hear others talking in my earphone, given that I have already selected my earphone as the output device of the audio chat. I can only hear people talking when I select the speaker of my laptop. I don't know why this is happening to me in this game because in other games like ARC raiders my earphone is functioning well. Do you guys run into the same problem as I do? NEED HELP !!!
