Ticket Submission

There is no clear way to submit a ticket for any problems or bug. Your game crashed because I tried to open the map and when I reconnected I was dead and lost all of my stuff. I would like my stuff back if you wish for me to continue to play because this is not my first crash, just the first one that's actually impacted me.
