Issue with bright flashing lights on low-end specs

Hello. I am aware that low-end specs are not 100% supported, and I am not having issues with that (I get mostly stable FPS, this is not the issue.)

Occasionally, I run into a graphical error that is difficult to work around as in order to avoid it I have to look away from the lights (at my feet, or move to a new area)

Playername: Sleek#9248
Platform: Steam
Issue: Bright red/blue/green flashing lights, occasional blocky overlays (red, blue, green) that occasionally filter over views of things. 
Date and Time of issue: Last occurred 1:58 AM, 3/8/26, but occurs at random intervals during 'rainy' or immediately after 'rainy' in-game dynamic weather events.
Repro: View brightly shining 'reflections' of light from puddles or other 'wet' areas during and/or after rain when the light is shining on it.
The specs are 
- 11th gen Intel core i7-1165G7 @2.80ghz, 4 core, 8 processors
- 16 GB RAM
- Intel Iris Xe Graphics (integrated, 8GB shared VRAM)

Please see if this issue can be resolved. Gameplay is otherwise unaffected and not an issue.

    I also have trouble with this issue, but not just during raining weather. I have often found the issues in indoor locations often, even sometimes a turret's light turning red would enable it. (BUNGIE PLEASE FIX THIS SOON). It is literally blinding, and it is painful to experience. I bought this game because it can run on my laptop, but it might force me to spend thousands on an actual PC at this point. Many times have I been in the middle of combat and the blinding lights happen and I lose thousands of credits worth of items. Please let us know if this is fixable, or at least give a warning before game launch for integrated iris Xe graphics users that states that the visual experience may be subpar for them.
