Twitch rewards still missing.
Hello both the weapon skins and player backgrounds from both the server slam and season 1 campaign are still missing from my account after 48 hours and I've already gotten the sponsor kits. Clearly something is wrong since many people are experiencing the same problem. My accounts are linked well since the other rewards were in NY account since the minute I first logged into marathon. Could you please provide some information on if you're trying to fix this issue and when it will be resolved?

We are aware of the issue with this Twitch Drop and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Same boat here. My backgrounds and weapon coatings are the only items that have not shown up for me, all have been claimed on Twitch though.
