I'm on a 4070 Ti Super / i7-14700k and also getting low frames, drops to mid-50's with all settings lowest - could be related to 40 series?
its not making sense cause my gpu usage is only at 50 %
i have a 4080 Super / i71200kf and im getting 60-70 fps. It makes no sense. Both my gpu and cpu usage are below 50%
