Ultra High ping - package loss ONLY on Marathon, dropping FPS on high end PC

Hello, as per title I'm experiencing high ping and package loss: there's two icons showing it ingame on the top right corner: one with 4 dots (red-grey), the other one with 2 disks (red-gray). This phenomenon is also causing FPS drops from almost 300 to 10 once every couple seconds making the game UNPLAYABLE.
I want to pinpoint that this moring I was playing regulary, no issues at all:no FPS drops no ping neither package loss.

I decided to try a FEW solutions on my own:

1) first and foremost I've closed the app and reset my pc, I've unistalled Marathon and reinstalled it: problems persisted
2) I checked the proxy state on my Windows option, made sure it was off, reset pc
3) so I decided to take things seriously and went on CMD(using administrator mode) and checked ping (standard on google):
command:

ping google.com -t

after a couple minutes there were NO package loss and the ping was stable on 10-15 ms latency
so i went a step further and input a few commands:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh interface ipv4 reset
netsh interface ipv6 reset
netsh interface tcp reset

basically resetting things manually. reset the pc to apply. Nothing changed.
4) I went for a Network reset on Widows, still nothing
5) Then went on my Internet protocoll TCP/IPv4 and manually set the DNS servers (8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4), same problems
6) I went as far as blocking most of the startup apps and unused apps on my pc just to ensure more connection was sent in the direction of Marathon (It has all the priorities)

Since I'm lost, and the only possible thing is it's making me play in a server that is not in my region can you help me fix this issue?
