MIDA Protect and Destroy [3/6] Map Bug

- Description of Issue - When entering the Building in South Intersection for the MIDA Protect and Destroy [3/5] Mission, I was violently rubber banded and flung across the map, it went on longer than In the video only cause I hadn't thought it to be a re-occurring thing.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - March 7th 2:21 PM EST

Repro steps - I entered the building from the Door Right to the Step, Went upstairs, and immediately was Flung around, Got out of it and sent halfway across the map, attempted to go back in like an Idiot, and was flung around again. It seemed it was just the building as I was able to sprint and it kept my shell in the building enough for me to get out.
