premium rewards pass charged me LUX instead?
Hi,
Has there been any official response or investigation into those who were charged 1000 LUX to redeem the Rewards pass instead of getting it for free?
I do have an item (x2) in my Vault with no icon which is described by the tool-tip as "Premium Rewards Pass Voucher x 2".
So, should the game not have consumed one of these vouchers instead of my premium in-game currency?
Any help or response would be much appreciated, thanks.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you ended up purchasing the Reward Pass with LUX instead of using the Reward Pass Voucher. While the voucher should carry onto the next season, if you'd like to wait to use it, you can submit a request through our Missing LUX or Shop Purchases Contact Form to look into what can be done.
Regarding the vouchers that you're seeing in your vault, these are a visual issue and do not indicate the Vouchers you have, nor are they used in any way, to gain the Reward Pass. They can be discarded.
