Xbox Game Captures on PC not working

I only see in game stability as a listed bug for game captures, however right now Xbox Gamebar will not let me enable video capture on Marathon. In the Server Slam, Marathon would show up as Anti Cheat in Xbox Gamebar and not let me capture. Alt+Tab away and back to Marathon fixed this, however this does not work in release build and it shows up as Marathon in Xbox Gamebar from the get go.
