Error code rutabaga

As soon as I try to sign on I'm getting this error can't even play my first tutorial match. I try to go to settings but the fps is so low I get kicked to the error screen Everytime. It won't let me do anything. I didn't have this issue in the server slam. I'm running a 9060 xt and 32 gbs of ram. My CPU is a Ryzen 9700x 8 core processor

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Error code: Rutabaga occurs when Marathon performance drops below sustainable thresholds. 

    Can you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Please ensure that no other applications are running in the background, and relaunch Marathon
    • Verify that both your PC operating system and GPU firmware are up to date

    Same issue for me. My system should be able to run the game no problem. The game physically won't let you adjust graphics settings if you have this error message on startup. Cannot believe such a bug is overlooked.

     Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 26200) (26100.ge_release.240331-1435)
     Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700HX (24 CPUs), ~2.1GHz
     Memory: 32768MB RAM
     Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
     DirectX: Version 12
