Mail bugging out - Duplicate Server Slam Rewards

Hello,

Hopefully this is the right place - it looks like I'm getting multiple instances of the server slam reward emails. I've gotten and accepted one set, and another set has arrived in my inbox. I haven't opened the second set yet, as I believe the second set was sent to me in error. Not sure what is causing this, as I'm not intentionally trying to trigger this; they've been popping up as I've been playing. Running on the Steam platform.
