Missing Server slam rewards + Server Slam twitch Drops + Preorder rewards

I played the server slam and gained level 10 along with preordering marathon back when it was first available. I also watched 4hrs of content on twitch during serverslam to get my rewards. None of that has been given to me ingame currently. I am quite annoyed. I made sure my twitch account is correct, I have claimed them. I have contacted twitch support who told me to contact bungie which was after bungie told me to contact twitch. I'm tired of this cat and mouse game, I would like my stuff that I earned and paid for, this is getting quite silly.
