lux issue -negative balance
I bought the deluxe edition however nothing appeared i accidently bought the premium pass as i didnt think that was part of deluxe until i found out you get the premium pass voucher, i requested refund thinking it would be revereted however steam have refunded me £7 and im now -1100 lux how can i get this removed so i can just use the premium pass voucher?

Exactly the same for me, following as I am now minus -1000 LUX points
'Players may seek a refund for purchasing in-game Shop items purchased with LUX up to 7 days after purchase by contacting us through our Help Request form' - Where is this Help Request form buried?
For myself and the original poster the refund via Steam has been done which is no fault of our own. I do hope we do not face consequences as per In-Game Currency & Reward Pass Guide – Marathon Help - 'IMPORTANT: Players found to be abusing LUX refunds or chargebacks may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned.'

Got no LUX on my account, but entering the shop it shows i have got -1 LUX points. Visual bug, but the topic fits

Hold on you can sell a premuim pass access, that's awful design, i might have already done that will have to check later.
Only logged last night so not expecting a reply till next week if they are not working weekends.
i mean why would it go there when it should be on main page to show user hey use pass not a single item with no image in the bottom of vault lol if i had this before my hiccup with paying for premium then it didnt let me know it just allowed me to pay
Logged in today and I have 1 premium pass in my vault and now -850 LUX but my support ticket remains untouched. I know they gave more lux for originally bought LUX as per within the ingame inbox (I edited this post reply after I saw it) but not sure the numbers add up still. Anyway I await my ticket support to get it fully resolved.
