Deluxe Preorder skins unavailable after purchase
After purchasing the Deluxe Preorder, when I go to Shells and attempt to change the skin, I am met with a Steam popup telling me to purchase the Deluxe Pack for $19.99. My Steam client shows the Deluxe Pack is already installed.
