Error Code Nightingale, cannot log in after trying every fix. (Steam)

I played the server slam with no connection issues, and now here at launch I can't even log into the game without getting a Nightingale error code. I went to the help page and tried every possible fix and no help. I tried clearing my steam download cache, verifying the game files, typing "ipconfig /flushdns" into command prompt, restarting my router, restarting steam completely, and I still cannot log in. This is extremely frustrating.
