Didn't recieve Deluxe Edition unlocks, Server Slam rewards or Pre-Order bonuses from Steam
I logged in and had nothing I paid for.

Thanks for reporting this, and I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to access your Pre-Order and Deluxe Edition content. The devs have been alerted to this issue and are currently working on a fix. We apologize for the worry this has caused.

Thanks for your patience and support! Just wanted to give you an update that we have resolved the issue preventing you from acquiring your Deluxe Edition items. If you haven't already, please restart the Marathon game client and your items will automatically be available in the Customization menu.
As for the missing Pre-Order and Server Slam rewards, these might take a little while to show up in your account as they are currently rolling out. If you still didn't get them by tomorrow, feel free to ping me here.
