Visible Directional Audio

I am deaf in one ear, so I have to play mono audio through my headphones . I think it would be cool if there was an audio assist setting that could be activated to show rough locations of talking/ shooting. Maybe even cooler if you could lock it into having to use mono headphones so it doesn’t give those with no hearing problems another advantage.
