High CPU usage_ Intel i9-9900K_ Intel ARC B580

Hello wanted to share my stats and recording to assist with high CPU usage review the YouTube footage link. 
SPECS: CPU: Intel i9-9900K, GPU: Intel ARC B580 (re-bar enabled) Latest driver-02/25/26 , RAM: corsair vengeance 32 GB DDR4 - 2666, Storage: HP EX920 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME (windows install), Samsung EVO Pro M.2  1tb (game install), Motherboard: Asus TUF Z390-PLUS GAMING (WI-FI) ATX LGA1151 https://youtu.be/ub_6Vu5tpzs 

Then I played the game at 1080p max resolution of my monitor, high settings, also I capped the fps at 60 for consistency when it was uncapped some areas would be 100- 120fps but other areas 80-90fps.  Ignore the 100% gpu usage because I used windows gamebar to record normal game use without recording was 54 - 55% usage.

Overall good work I wasn't even aware intel made gpu's until the October playest ended up building this pc afterwards surprised their was no XESS support.
