PC Performance

GPU: AMD RX 9070XT CPU: i9 9920x HEDT CPU RAM: 32Gb 3200 MT/s Drivers: AMD Adrenalin Modified Version 26.2.2 "using old file from 25.9.1 for AMD Noise Suppression" I don't know if you like links, but this video represents what I changed in AMD Adrenalin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cISryQzJyl8

I have tested turning on and off amd hyperthreading with it enabled I received like 70-85fps off and 85-95 fps on. I turned of VMX Vanderpool technology which gave me some fps but no where near above 100fps. I made sure XMP was enabled so I have been running at max speeds, DDR4 RAM. I disabled all my software that ran in background for keyboards and mouse settings. still near that 70-95 fps range. Tried using CPU Set Setter to see if Affinity was an issue nothing changed there, I tried changing what cores my cpu ran on some was better than others but nothing that gave me an additional performace. Tried changing all settings to LOW and even went as far as reducing my resolution down, and didn't see any more fps or change in FPS, Usually most games back in the day would increase FPS when you lowered them, but I think its because the CPU had more freedom.

I heard the game would run better than Arc Raiders, but the funny thing is it ran about the same or even worse in some cases.
