FPS Optimisation

Love the game, will be buying on PS5 and Steam. I don't have a beefy PC rather a ROG Ally X, as it is a secondary platform, but even on recommended settings with the resolution crushed it, doesn't pull anything above 45-48 FPS, and on low settings it's still around that same mark. It occasionally dips even into the 30s for no noticeable reason which is kinda rough. I know Destiny 2 is much older but on the ROG hardware and recommended graphics settings, that runs at around 60 FPS comfortably.
