Poor Performance

Low FPS performance, hitches, frame rate drop during gunfights, getting inconsistent 75-110 fps. Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285, RTX 5080, nvidia driver 32.0.15.9559, 1920x1080, all setting on low/DLSS on performance.
