    I would assume so. The lockout field was live when we first approached, but had turned off by the time we engaged them (this was less than a minute after we saw the field go down).

    VIP faction upgrades not claimable

    Title. Got my MIDA rank up from a contract (VIP 9 -> 10), but when I went to claim, it played the claim noise then did nothing. Check attached video. https://youtu.be/nHdY21tW6Jg
