    I've been able to unlock it following unlocking the next capstone. Appreciate it isn't a fix but it will unlock the capstone

    I have the same issue, unlocked it last night, all nodes unlocked but it wont let me purchase it.  If this gains enough traction I'm sure it'll get patched soon
