An update: I was able to claim it today after getting another upgrade (so 25 upgrades). The button appeared as normal and i was able to claim it

I have sekiguchi VIP and Traxus VIP upgrades unlocked (all capstones completed) but am unable to claim capstone 5 for Mida as well. I have 24/24 upgrades
