items that i borrow to team mates are not returned through my mail and also did not receive the free kits for the server crash on the first day all my friends received it i didn't

i am not able to get items i borrow to team mates through my mail. and i did not receive the free kits like all my friends did or the server crash on day one. this is still ongoing
