3. PC Game Freezes rapidly every minute or so for 20 seconds after 1.0.6. update and results in disconnects and crashes

UPDATE:While playing I was disconnected 3 times in a game. then my entire PC froze. I had to restart to close the game.Completely broke everything

I've already Verified my files, my version of windows is up to date, as are my Bios and Graphics drivers.I've also installed and reinstalled
