Marathon and battleEye are both whitelisted and no third party firewall/ antivirus is on my machine. Able to connect when using Cox ISP but not when using GFiber ISP, have contacted Gfiber support ...

spoke with ISP, ISP stated issue is not on ISP side, followed basic troubleshooting tips
