I’ve done all the same steps and still have social features disabled. Used the privacy form and confirmed age. Works fine on Steam, so why is it broken on Xbox?

I’m seeing the same problem for my son, only on Xbox. Steam works fine and allows all social features. But on the Xbox, it says ‘disabled’ even though I’ve set everything I can see on the Microsoft...
